Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase! But if something doesn’t work out, here’s what you need to know:
- Return Window: Items must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Return Method: Ship returns to:

25903 Streisand St. San Antonio, Texas 78260 - Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend keeping your return tracking number.
- Refunds: All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.
- Processing Time: Allow 5–10 business days for processing. Store credit will be emailed to the address used at checkout. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
- Condition of Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, and smoke, with all original tags attached.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or store credit:
- All discounted or promotional items (including flash sales, holiday sales, celebration sales, and items purchased with a discount code)
- Seasonal & holiday merchandise
- Jewelry & accessories
- Hair accessories & eyewear
- Home & gift items
EXCHANGES
Due to limited inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for store credit and place a new order using that credit.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We carefully inspect every item before it ships, but if you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:
- Report it within 24 hours of delivery.
- Do not wear or wash the item; all original tags must remain attached.
- Email us at customerservice@upcyclejeanco.com with your order number, name, and clear photos of the damage.
