All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless another carrier is requested.

• Flat Rate Shipping: All orders ship for a flat rate of $10.00 or enjoy free shipping on orders over $100!
• Processing Time: Please allow 2–3 business days for processing (not including weekends or holidays).
• Shipping Time: Once processed, orders typically take 3–5 business days to arrive.
• Tracking: All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed once your order is on its way.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: UpcycleJeanCo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. USPS shipments are insured up to $100. Please contact USPS directly to file a claim if needed.
